LOFT ROOM IN SPRAWLING CARLTON NORTH SHAREHOUSE
👋 Oh hello there potential new housemate! 👋
Our large 5 bedroom abode is seeking a new resident to move into our beautiful ol' rustic manor in Carlton North.
The house is on a sizable block (approx. 500sqm) and has a lot of character, rooms, and space. She’s a Federation vintage big old double brick home on a lovely and quiet tree lined street, with polished timber floors, fireplaces and high ceilings plus large front & back yards.
We have a summer lounge and a winter lounge, plus another communal room in between those two, along with the usual suspects (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry) and a bath if you enjoy a soak. The summer lounge/green room at the back of the house enjoys heaps of natural light courtesy of multiple skylights + lots of windows that our collection of indoor plants are very happy in.
Out the back there's (slightly neglected) veggie gardens if you're a green thumb 🌱, a deck and an outhouse (affectionately known as the adventure toilet). Mod cons include hydronic heating throughout the ground floor that keeps the house toasty warm in winter and our trusty dishwasher!
While a 5 bedroom sharehouse is on the larger end of the spectrum, this spacious home easily accommodates 5 people, between the sprawling downstairs layout and two of the bedrooms being upstairs, attic-style ones.

30+ preferred as we’re all in our 30s and beyond, however we're open to living with anyone who is a good fit for our home. Gender is not as important as calm and respectful, but just so you know, we're currently at two females and two males. Finally, it's important that we live with others who are conscientious about illnesses, and proactive about keeping each other healthy and safe.
