This wonderful townhouse is centrally located in Carlton, with a tram stop nearby for easy access to the CBD. It’s also close to the main dining precincts of Carlton, Carlton North, and Fitzroy, as well as local swimming pools and charming wine bars, if that's your thing.
Available late January 2026 for rent.
The available bedroom measures 4.2m x 3.6m, is fully furnished with a queen-size bed. It has a large wardrobe and features a private balcony facing the back area of the townhouse.
The home is fully furnished, with wooden floating floorboards across both levels. While the bathroom is shared, it comes with both bath tub and separate shower, so plenty of space. There is also a convenient second toilet downstairs. The entire home is already furnished with all appliances and there is a separate laundry room.
The townhouse includes two courtyards, one in the front and one in the back, which is mainly where my pup plays, as it's the safest area for her.
The price is for a single occupant for fully furnished room and all furnishings in the townhouse

We’re on the lookout for a housemate to join our quiet and respectful little haven. We enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and are hoping for a non-smoker who's not into hosting parties (our version of a wild night is a cozy movie marathon).
I do love a good wine or gin with my mates, along with doing Monday cook up, as its my guaranteed day off. These days i try to head out to live music gigs, though enjoy the local wine bars that are poochy friendly. But excited for those trips to the beach now the weather is warming.
It is important that you get along with my doggo and understand she is a housemate too.
For me I would like someone who is happy to share the space and feel like it's their home too. Plus help out with the boring chores from time to time.
She is the biggest snuggler and is all about love. She loves to play with rope and listens to commands. Though on occasion she will try to find a good smelly sock to claim as her own.
Overall she is a cat size dog, with a big heart and loves good people.
