LEASE TRANSFER - SCAPE CORNELL PLACE
Looking for a female to take over my lease for the start of 5 May (I can be flexible with these dates). Must be a female student. It is $499 a week. Fully furnished apartment, your bedroom will already have bed, plenty of storage room, chair, desk. You have a private room and share bathroom and kitchen with one other flatmate. You will be sharing with an Indonesian girl, so female only, no couple. There is gym in the building.

Lease : 12 May - 8 July 2025 (can extend the lease)
Location: Carlton, right in front of queensberry tram. Very convenient to travel to Melbourne central or university of Melbourne
