Welcome to our humble home!! You will be living in an amazing house that we have called home for many years.

We have a beautiful shared courtyard which we share with the rear tenant (who is lovely) which gets lots of use in the summer months. The downstairs includes a spacious lounge room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Currently the kitchen, lounge and laundry is fully furnished with all of the essentials.

The common areas (dining, living room, kitchen and laundry) are fully furnished. Out back is a charming courtyard with all the bricks, plants, and vines you could ever hope for in a sunny courtyard, and several covered clothes lines. An upstairs balcony overlooks this space. We have an extra toilet downstairs and a huge basement-style storage space under the living room too!

Please note the house is undergoing some repair work, which means there is some exposed brick and some temporary ceilings at the moment.

Located in the beautiful leafy streets of Carlton our home is only a 2 minute walk from the 96 tram and located in just a short walk to both Brunswick and Lygon Streets. The city is easily accessible via the tram or just a short 20 minute walk across Carlton Gardens.

Parking is a bit of an issue. The Carlton area is permitted (i.e. you need a residential permit to park in Carlton for longer than 4 hrs) and sadly there are no more parking permits available for this house.
