About the occupants
The house will be shared with one independent easy going woman who owns the home. I am an artist with a studio in the back yard, i also run a small 'sustainable landscape design' business. I have family in NSW and am out of town a fair bit. I prefer a relaxed situation in regards meals, sharing if it suits and watching quality TV series and movies. There is a spare room for guests, i have several guests visiting and you can too. Sorry I cant do pets.

There is a cabin out in the back garden (next to my studio) that is sometimes rented out to Airbnb. It is also available for guests and family. The entry is by a separate side gate and key-code, so its totally independent of the house and does not involve any contact or disturbance. Ideally, if I'm away I can pay you to do a 'change-over' in the cottage, otherwise i can pay a neighbour to do it.
Compatible people
An ideal housemate would be someone who working during the day.
Prob 30+ person. A friendly, non-conservative, no right wing politics or kooky religions, someone respectful of others, quiet and tidy.
Someone who is happy to share with an independent woman, someone who is relaxed and not conservative. Someone who enjoys a social drink and interaction, having guests over for dinner etc
Happy to share meals if that suits, entertain guests and watch quality TV shows.
The home has been thoughtfully renovated, so care, respect and the usual house keeping are expected.
Not suitable for couples. If the guest room is vacant the spare room could be used as an office.
