Hey there prospective new house mate and welcome to our abode situated in Brunswick, We are a friendly creative household.
looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, respectful, has a stable income keeps communal areas tidy and clean
We are situated near Lygon street and Sydney road so great access to public transport, cafes, shops etc. It’s a typical Brunswick share house, quirks, weird light switch location but an open fire which rocks on cold nights.
It’s a large house with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen and communal spaces are large and spacious.
Garden needs a bit of love so green thumbs welcome. This isn’t a boarding house, we like to be reasonably social, but also respect privacy and quiet time, Friends are welcome come over every now and then.
