Description of the home
The home is a 2 bedroom townhouse with bedrooms downstairs and open plan kitchen/living area upstairs leading to a sunny deck. I've just bought this place so the photos shown are from the previous tenants. I'll get the keys in late August and will give it a fresh paint ready to move in. There are two bedrooms to choose from, one with ensuite. I will take whichever room isn't rented. As I'll be setting up from scratch I may be able to accomodate some furniture if suitable for the space, otherwise I'll fully furnish it myself.
The home is located less than a minute walk from Sydney Rd and the No.19 tram and a few hundred meters from Brunswick train station. It's super close to every type of restaurant, cafe or bar you could ever want as well as supermarkets, Bunnings, parks, a post office etc.
