One female, one male and one whippet currently reside.
70Mtrs from bus stop that goes straight to Footscray. Altona gate is just up the road with Coles, Kmart and a few specialties. Very close to WG Freeway entry/exit and Geelong Road.
Looking for a working professional. Residing in this house is like living on your own but with other people. Friendly, quiet, very clean so if you don't put things back where they came from this isn't the place for you.

My name is Michelle, I am the lease holder.
I am a freelance photographer. I am introverted but still open to have a chat, but def not a morning person so coming downstairs in the morning singing "Good MooooOOOorning" is not what you're going to get from me.
I have a beautiful 3 year old whippet who is an inside/outside dog and is one of the family.
I also co-parent two whippets, but they spend most of the time at their other parent's place. I WFH most of the time but am away occassionally for work.
Neville is a PE teacher who works M-F so is usually gone through the day.
He is friendly, chatty and loves the Geelong Cats and enjoys travel.
He is illegally tall but we don't hold that against him.
Generally, this is a house for clean, respectful introverts. We all do our own thing, cook and shop for ourselves, we don't drink or smoke, and def no drugs in this house. We ofc are open for a quick chat if we pass in the kitchen, and occasionally will share our leftover chips from the local fish n chips shop.
This is not a party house. If you want to have a few mates over, all good- Just need to let people in the house know in advance so we can stay out of the way and let you have your space. Courtesy is an asset.
Cleaning up after yourself and not letting all your dishes sit overnight is not on the cards. This is a clean as you go abode.
Lastly, this is a Christmas house. I deck the inside out with festive decorations from Dec 1-Jan 1 so if you're a grinch, hang on to your knickers.

Compatible people
Cleanliness is going to be a deal breaker. All common areas are to be kept clear of your personal belongings ie- don't just walk in and leave your stuff where it's going to be in the way. You need to clean up after you cook, no leaving filthy plates and pots/pans in the sink, clean up must be day of.
You also need to respect the fact that we are quiet people. We don't need to talk to each other, but we don't ignore each other.

As mentioned, I have a whippet and I share two whippets with my best mates, so they occasionally come for a sleep over if they're away or if I want the company.
