We provide a place to retreat to. We have got good security, each door is locked and cameras in the hallway . The goal is to provide a quiet place to retreat to , to, so we operate on the the idea of our DRC principle, treat people with dignity, respect and be civilized. So far its working. We have people who usually have jobs or are studying or maybe looking for work. Unemployment is something we help each other with if that happens. The house is about a place to rest, and recover, so we do our best to minimise noise and other disrespectful behaviour. Its not a party house. There is a mixture of skills and professions here, eg medical, support worker, engineering, logistics.
