Description of the home

Hello, My name is Charmaine and my partner is Alex, we are looking to share our home with a new house mate- who is friendly and respectful for the next couple months.

We both work in the film and tv industry as a production coordinator and unit manager.

I'm a social person, who loves a laugh and a games night with friends or flatmates. I am welcoming and respectable.

My partner is a gamer and sometimes loves his antisocial time in his gaming room. We both enjoy movie nights in the living room and pancakes in the back yard which you would be more than welcome to join us in on.

We have a 10 month old beagle. So someone who is good/happy around dogs. He is incredibly friendly and we've never once seen him growl at any human or animal. He loves making friends with everyone he meets.

We're looking for someone to stay in our 3rd bedroom for a couple of weeks to a couple of months to help release pressure of cost of living at the moment- who is either social or antisocial as long as they are respectable and friendly around the home.

The second bedroom is fully furnished with a 1 queen bed, desk and chest of draws. We can also look at using the cupboard in another bedroom if you need more space. The room is very large and bright.

The house is 5 min walk to cafes, 9 min drive to the beach, 2mins walk to Hawthorn rd tram stop, with ample parks close by for nice walks. It is also a very safe neighbourhood to walk around at night.

We don't mind if you're male or female. Happy to accomodate a traveler, professional or tradie, who is respectful, welcoming and keen to make living together fun.

Bills and expenses

We can discuss an easy way to split 'some' bills depending on how long you stay. Some bills we can discuss wavering- again time of stay dependant.
