The room is $350 per week ($1,521 total per calendar month). It has its own en-suite, a private veranda, and large wardrobes and storage. The property is close to transport, shops, the inner city, and the beach.

The property has a big living area, dishwasher, cooling & heating, European washing/dryer.

The house is a 15 min walk to the beach, next to the train, tram and bus. 5 min walk to Gardenvale shops and 5 min walk to the park.

Available 15th of April. I recently got the lease for it and have been getting the place set up. It is fully furnished except for your room & bathroom. The main living room is connected to the kitchen and backs onto the main entertainment area. There is also off-street car parking available.
