The house is on Marnoo St in Braybrook.
Itβs a super quiet, sleepy suburb located west of the CBD.
Itβs a 20-25min drive to the CBD, 25min drive to Fitzroy/inner and if youβre a PTV diva, we are in-between Tottenham and Sunshine station. Tottenham has lots of parking and is 14min to the CBD, Sunshine is the fastest walking distance at 15/20min walk.
Thereβs a strip of corner-store style shops and a couple of great little restaurants. We are also a short walk or drive from 3 shopping centres and only a 10min drive to Highpoint.
The vibe of the house is creative, productive, relaxing and fun and on the odd occasion a little games night with a few friends always goes down well. If you think you would be a nice fit, please shoot me and message and tell me a bit about yourself! Then we can organise an inspection/meet me! πβ¨

Electricity is normally $100-$125 p/m
Gas $45 p/m
Water $50-$60 p/m
Internet $65 p/m
Bills are divided equally (50/50). Or (40/30/30) if I am to live with a couple (me paying 40%).
However, I work from home 3-5 days a week, so I will pay a bit more of the electricity and internet due to that (60/40 split).
If you also work from home, this will be split equally as well.

Iβm a 33y/o, non-binary freelance video editor/animator, makeup artist and drag queen! I work from home in my office upstairs about 3 days a week, then Iβm out and about 2 days a week performing or on set doing makeup work.
