House has a spa, gym, high speed internet, bar and entertainment area. Up stairs living area is a large open plan. House also has a large back yard.
Currently all off street parking is in use however we have plans to create another car space.
Upstairs is the main living area, 2 bedrooms (one currently empty) and a home gym.
Down stairs is another bedroom (occcupied) and another entertainment area including a spa and bar.
The room is large enough for a queen size bed and has a built in wardrobe.
Freshly renovated bathroom for the new house mate as current house mates have their own bathrooms.
