🏡 Availability:
Available from 12th of June and am flexible with end dates because I’m going travelling.

💰Rent:
Rent: $275 pw
$550 deposit to cover two weeks
Bills are roughly around €30pw but I will pay these whilst away with no expectation for you to pay

🛏️ The Room:
Two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The room itself has a double bed. Heater and fan provided, loads of storage space and lots of natural light.

📍Local Area:
Apartment is roughly 10-12 minute walk from restaurants, gym, coffee shops, Cole’s and Woolies etc on Carlisle street. The neighborhood is safe and majority of the neighbors are families.
10 min walk from Ripponlea train station and tram lines 3 and 16.
There is free parking available on the street outside the apartment but, no dedicated apartment spot.

💁‍♀️🐱 Current flatmate:
You’ll be staying with one other flatmate who works in the city during standard office hours. She usually works from home one day a week. She’s really lovely, very down to earth and easy going. Flatmate has a pet cat so cat friendly applications only please!

💃🏼Looking for:
Would prefer female only applicants please, ideally someone in their late 20’s early 30th. Someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and personal space. Preferably someone who isn’t a night owl. Goes without saying, cat friendly applications only!
