Hi guys,
We have a double room available for a couple in our lovely 4 bedroom apartment located in Armadale sharing with three girls who are friendly and outgoing.
Living area comes with a smart TV with Netflix already on it. The kitchen comes fully equipped. And also have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is an off street private car space available with the room also.
Only 10 minutes to the CBD and 10 minutes to the beach in St. Kilda.
All public transport nearby with trams less than 5 minutes walk tram number 6 a one minute walk away, the 220 bus just outside the door and Toorak train stations less than 10 minute walk.
A lovely area with park, shops, restaurants, bars and gym within walking distance.
