Hi, my name is Olivia and I am the landlord. I was living in the property with my partner, and housemate Adam who is still at the house. We had to move due to personal reasons. I do my best to keep all tenants happy! Fairly accessible as a landlord and open to negotiation on most matters, however Adam and Billy are my first priority as they are current tenants. Very laid back and relaxed.

Billy - Late 40s, manages a vego cafe in the city, and is training for his first Ironman in 2 years. Very laid back and relaxed.

Adam - Early 40s, works in reservations at a hotel in the city. Adam is pretty chill and mostly keeps to himself. Loves to collect Marvel/DC figurines! Very laid back and relaxed.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone who is relaxed but who is able to take responsibility for themselves and is able to contribute to household chores and someone who has a fairly relaxed lifestyle. Preferably in the same age group and vegetarian/vegan, and not attached to any pets (Adam is allergic to cats, and Billy is uncomfortable living with a dog but a fish would be ok!).

A steady job is a definite plus as getting the rent on time and paying the shared bills is a major priority.
