Description of the home

Our home is a double story 2 bed, 2.5 bathroom town house in Abbotsford. We have an open plan living area that is spacious and comfortable with lots of light and plants throughout.

We have an outdoor court yard and a garage turned hang out area. Plus we are 100 meters from Victoria Park and 5min from Yarra Bend park. So plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors and exercise. Close to Victoria Park train station and lots of busses (246 to St Kilda & many to the city) Woolworths Metro/BWS, IGA and Black Hearts & Sparrows are within a 5min walk as are numerous bars, pubs and cafes inc. Bodriggy and Dr Morse. We have on street parking and a visitors pass if needed. We are in an alley way but are close to tree lined, fairly quiet streets and great neighbours.

We keep the house neat and tidy and generally clean every fortnight. No rosters in this house.

The space available is a 3x3 meter south facing fully furnished bedroom with an ensuite and an open mezzanine office/spare room.

There is also a main bathroom with a shower over SPA and a separate toilet plus a power room downstairs.

The house has all the amenities; wifi, air fryer, aircon/heating, washer/dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, a soda stream etc.

Plus we have a very friendly fat cat called Moo
