I have two small bedrooms and a main bathroom.
Because the rooms are pretty small, offering both and the main bathroom (toilet, bath, shower) for one roommate. Hopefully it’ll give you enough space and two built in wardrobes.
This is all at the front end of the house, so basically the front half would be yours, we would share the middle with the kitchen living and dining, and I would have the back part of the house.
You can have a car space in the garage.
$200 a week + bills (internet, electricity, water, gas) which can be split in half.
