- Shopping centre (Coles, chemist, gym: Plus Fitness, hair dresser, bottle shop, smoke mart, café) 2 minutes down the road (drive) and a 10 minute walk away. There is also a petrol station a 30 second drive away that is always the cheapest fuel in Mandurah 😉☺️
- All fast food restaurants a 5-10 minute drive away
- Town is a 10 minute drive away (Mandurah Forum, train station…)
- Undercover parking available for 2 spots (including my car so 1 spot) and uncovered off-street parking is available as well.
- Security gate that automatically shuts (key fob provided to get out with car)

- Nice grassy area outside and a undercover patio with comfy chairs and a sitting area

- Laundry: washer, dryer (clothesline out the back)
- The area is also very nice there is a big park 10 minutes down the road (walk) with lots of kangaroos

I also believe positivity between people is very uplifting and it’s nice to feel uplifted, so a little hi/chat here and there is always welcome
Definitely being conscientious of noise levels and times of the day where too much noise may not be the best thing
