Beachfront Property. Per week - Single room, Single bed $350 landscape bush view. Per week - Double room Double bed $600 ($300 per person as couple) beachfront view. Shared balcony access for all. Shared bathrooms. Plenty of parking "on street". This platform is frustrating as it dictates choices which don't really suit property, so I try to write more accurate info here.

Flexible on the arrangement. Visitors not welcome. It's important to guard each other's privacy as much as possible. Also, important to be considerate of others and adhere to house rules.
Willing to be as accommodating as possible based on your needs. I've been an accommodation host/manager and landlord for 30+ yrs. I am usually pro-active in my selection hence I don't advertise.
