There is a lovely pool onsite with BBQ and entertaining area. There are 2 TV lounge rooms all with Netflix. I do have a boarder Collie dog that is very friendly. Plus all linen is supplied includes electricity. There are 2 rooms available both at $280 single occupancy or $400 for 2 girls to share, 1 weeks bond. Will be sharing with owner. You will have your own full size Fridge/Freezer. Both rooms have their own wall mounted TV with Netflix and Internet. This will be ideal for quite person as not a party house. Very safe and secure for females to live at. Ideally suited for a more mature female.

You would be sharing with the owner so no chance of it being sold.
