Description of the home

This is a beautiful, peaceful and quiet 3 bedroom home located in Lismore CBD. There are no neighbours in sight and this quirky house is very green with trees and wildlife outside every window.

Nature walks are at the doorstep and it is only a 10 minute walk through the riverside park to Lismore Transit Centre. This walk will also take you to where there are all shops, services, restaurants and other entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms, all quite large in size. They each have a solid wood furniture that includes wardrobe, bed, lamp, desk and chair. I live a in a self contained space downstairs with my puppy.

At the moment there is only one room available.

There are 2 carport spaces and on street parking for you to use with only 5 minutes driving to SCU. A shared laundry is available as well as a large backyard.

All bills are included as well as unlimited internet with smart TV. A 4 week bond of $880 is requested.
