Looking for a housemate! š§š¼
I have a room available for rent in Summerhill. (I have lived here for a lengthy time).
The place is cozy & quiet with quiet neighbours & a very large back yard, Bus stop is a few doors down if required.
Iām looking for someone clean, responsible, and easygoing to share with.
There is one lounge area.
2 X bedrooms (Only one bedroom available)
You would have the spare room & access to an empty garden shed, the other bed room is occupied.

Your share of rent would be $200 per week, utilities separate/groceries are seperate.
