Our home life is vibrant and social. We occasionally enjoy cooking together, playing board games, and dining out. Sometimes I may whip up cocktails on Fridays. I will occasionally make a meal for all of us, and sometimes others will cook, although we mostly eat individually due to varying work commitments. I try to stay fit and enjoy running, and I'm often found with upbeat music or streaming TV when not building websites or conducting training sessions. Our house, nestled on the Two Towns Trail and close to picturesque wetlands, is perfect for those who love walking, biking, and running. Plus, you're welcome to use the two bikes we have in the garage (but you may need to pump up the tires).

Convenience is key with the train station, supermarkets, cafes, and town center just 2.5 km (a quick 4-minute drive) away. Additionally, you'll find three recreation parks, two sports ovals, a BMX track, and multiple walking tracks within a mere 500m from our doorstep.

We're offering a room in a spacious 4-bedroom house (floor plan available in photos). Built in 2015, this modern, contemporary home features gas central heating, expansive windows with blinds, a carpeted office, a tiled bathroom, vinyl flooring in common areas, instant gas hot water, and central evaporative cooling. All bedrooms boast built-in robes, carpet, and blinds.

All rooms are furnished 2 queen beds and 1 single, chair, and side table - bringing your own furniture maybe negotiable. You'll share a bathroom complete with a bath, shower, and separate toilet. The house includes a large living, kitchen, and dining area. Our backyard offers outdoor seating, a table, a clothesline, and a wood-fired pizza oven – perfect for Friday night gatherings.

Enjoy unlimited internet and Wi-Fi access throughout the house. Experience the convenience of home automation with Google Nest in main areas and Philips Hue-connected smart lights. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Binge, Disney+, YouTube Premium, Apple+ TV, Stan, and a blu-ray player on a 70" TV in the living room. The house is equipped with SONOS Wi-Fi sound speakers in all main areas. Modern amenities include a new front-loading washer/dryer, microwave, various kitchen appliances, cookware, a spare fridge in the garage, and a coffee machine with a bean grinder.

The property has a 2-car garage with potential storage space upon request, although parking is primarily on the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe – ideal for evening walks with the dog. Lawn mowing and gardening are included in the rent.
