I am looking for a housemate to potentially move in mid/late July
Quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a cute pink kitchen, Laundry, large lounge room and a 'sitting' area that give the best swamp sunset views! The house itself is completely furnished.
We have a covered outdoor area and a decent sized yard, Unfortunately not accepting smokers or additional pets.
The house has a massive garage as your disposal and huge driveway to provide off street parking.
The room available is 3m x 3m, carpet, ceiling fan, sheer and blackout blinds, decent sized 1.6m mirror built in wardrobe, can come furnished with a double bed, bedside table and dresser or unfurnished.
Electricity and internet is not included in rent and is paid monthly.
Happy to consider short term lease to a maximum of 6 months to start
