Description of the home
The house is an old large house, there is a large garden, sun room, and living room. Not far from Victoria St station and East Maitland shops.
Room is a large room at the front of the house, about 3.5 x 3.6. is available now. $225 per week plus bills.
House is mostly furnished but there is space for additional furniture.
Have large garden, but still a work in progress. Has herbs, some vegetables and fruit trees which are at this stage too young to produce fruit.
Looking for someone who is friendly,age late twenties to early forties, reliable with rent, good with dogs, reasonably clean but not obsessive. Doesn't mind having a coffee or drink. I am ok with pets, as long as they are friendly with Vicki and ok with chickens as I plan to hopefully have some soon. Also have a cat called Mogwai
