Myself and my partner along with our cat and dog (boader collie) occupy the home at present. We are quiet people and both work full-time.

We are quiet people, we enjoy being at home, gardening, watching TV, playing video games and spending time with our fur babies.

We have mulled the idea of letting a room in the back half of our home for some time now and wanted to get a bit more serious about it and see what the interest level is.

We are well aware how hard it is for many out there trying to find a safe and comfortable place to live and how ridiculous rental prices and home prices have gotten.

The 3.0M x 3.0M bedroom at the back of the house has wonderful mountain views and views of the neighborhood wetlands with a walking track. The right individual/s will have access to your own bathroom and separate toilet for a little more privacy in day to day living.

The kitchen and living areas are open and spacious and the laundry has plenty of room to service a full house.

We can provide a small fridge for your own food and frozen goods but if you need something bigger then we can certainly accommodate another fridge for more space.

The home has a 6.6 energy rating with a 6.0KW heat pump, Fully insulated and double glazed windows throughout the house. you wont have to ever worry about living in a freezing cold overpriced rental.

The location is very central,
10 minutes drive to Derwent park and Rosny.

15 minutes drive to reach the city and Richmond.

All services and shops within 5-10 minutes.

We would need to meet you first, discuss living arrangements and insurances and talk money. but we think $230 a week will be a very fair and reasonable price for what we are offering, for two people we would need to increase the amount to $280.

We also may need to increase the speed for our NBN plan should streaming or service issues arise due to higher demand, but that is unlikely.

If a short term is successful we may consider extending the term of tenure.
