I have a furnished room for rent, we live in a quiet area at the very end of a cul-de-sac. The home is three minutes' walk to local shops, BWS & bakery. Three minutes' drive to major shopping centers & the beach. There is no bond. We shear the power bill ¼ each. There is a ADSL2+ WI-FI for an extra $5 per week, but only if you want it.
