Its a 3 bedroom house, single garage, quaint inside but spacious at the same time. Outdoor living with a spa with a beautiful neat backyard. its a very quiet upmarket neighbourhood, every one stops to talk when walking the dog. My home is very neat with low maintenance. Close to Eli Waters shopping centre & bus stops. Only 1.5km to Woolworths shopping centre, 4km form main part of town, 7km from the Esplanade on Hervey Bay. Bus stops are at end of street.

I have made space in each shared room of the house, includes 2 cupboards & draws in each room to store kitchen stuff, pantry, bathroom , garage, loungeroom & laundry. Makes it easy to store your own personnel things where needed.

About the occupants
I work as a Teacher aide at the local high school & in retail. I live with my daughter who is 17 year old & is in year 12 this year & with our daschund of 2 years old, who is house trained. I'm very organised, clean & tidy & like the house to present itself always in this fashion. I'm proud of the home would like to help someone who is also caring of their own belongings as well as mine when using them. The house is in a upmarket quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours. We walk the dog daily, enjoy the backyard living with the spa when operating.
You can come & go as you please, as my daughter does..lol. I'm pretty easy going, but If you make the mess, you need to clean up after yourself, we don't wear shoes in the house either. A $90 deposit for garage entry buzzer as well, in case you loose it, as this is our entry in.
Any one who is female is our preference is welcome, It can be short stay to end of June 2024, Its hard to get accommodation, so we are opening up our family to help someone in need to share our home, to become your home too

A 2 year old Daschund, he is very sociable, loves cuddles & is affectionate. Funny little thing. He is desexed, microchipped, etc. Loves his walks with mum & his house trained
