Hi, my name is Rebecca, but most people call me Bec.

An ensuite room is available for rent in a spacious, well-located home. The room is large with plenty of wardrobe space and opens onto a private courtyard. It is positioned on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, offering excellent privacy. The room includes a ceiling fan, with air conditioning in the main living area. The property also features a fantastic backyard, ideal for entertaining.

You would be sharing the home with myself, my 8-year-old son, and our friendly staffy. The location is very central—close to Bond University, local shops, scenic walking paths, and with easy access to the highway. A large garage is available if parking is required, although street parking is also easy.

I work as a tradie, so we typically leave the house around 6am on weekdays, and we are often out on weekends as well. Evenings are generally quiet; once my son is asleep, I usually spend time in my room. He goes to bed early and sleeps well, so you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the house in the evenings.

A bit about us: we enjoy skateboarding and surfing, and when I don’t have my son, I like heading to live music gigs. While I’m not a big party person these days, I do appreciate good music. When I’m home, I enjoy gardening and creative projects, always keeping shared living areas tidy. My son is a well-behaved and easy-going 8-year-old who is very passionate about skating—we spend a lot of time at the skate parks.
