I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom apartment on the Gold Coast.

The apartment is really modern, clean and quiet. It’s very spacious and fully equipped with all essentials washing machine, dryer, fridge, TV, sofa, everything you need. There’s also a huge kitchen storage space which makes a big difference.

It’s located in Surfers Paradise in a beautiful, quiet building with security access and intercom. The location is super convenient right next to Isle of Capri (less than 5 mins to Harris Farm, cafes, restaurants and Aus Post), and only about 380m to the beach and the centre.

The building also has a pool, gym, BBQ area and a really nice lake view.

Rent is $500 per week ($1000 fortnight)
Bond is $2900
Lease until January

Bills are pretty reasonable electricity is around $130 every 3 months (depending on usage) and internet is $30/month.
