Amazing beach side apartment in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with your own ENSUITE bathroom.
There a great opportunity if you are looking for a good location, there’s everything you need within a super short walk, only a min walk to the beach, and very close to the tram.
The apartment has an unbelievable view to the beach and also to the river both ways.
Great to watch the best sunrise and sunsets, or just watch the waves from the balcony.
It’s like always a holiday home, the apartment has two amazing pools (one open and another covered, jacuzzi, bbq, tennis court).
Right on the Northcliffe tram station and Gold Coast Highway.

I’m drama-free, easy to talk to, and a calm, clean, and comfortable home. Clean and organization are the most important. I take pride in keeping the place tidy and expect the same from a housemate.
In my free time, I love going to the beach, watching sunsets, hitting the gym, or catching up with friends over dinner. I definitely respect privacy and downtime, but I’d also love to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat, shared meal, or glass of wine and laugh together.
Ideally, who works full-time, have a good routine, and appreciate a peaceful, positive home. If you’re friendly, chill, clean, and looking for a space that feels more like a home than just a rental, we might be a great fit!
