BEAUTIFUL HOUSE ON THE WATER 😊
Great house on the water at Isle of Capri, central to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Hota and short walk to public transport. Free street parking on a safe street, free internet also available.
This is a private, good sized (queen) unfurnished room, plenty of cupboard space, ceiling fan, new curtains, and timber floors, and only sharing the bathroom with one other person.
The house is fully furnished, has a spacious lounge-room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, office/studio room and 2 separate outdoor entertaining areas, a boat jetty and swimming pool.
This is a relaxed, friendly home, we are busy with work, social and personal activities, but catch up when we can, we are healthy and respectful. We come together when we can for a bbq and some drinks, we are looking for someone similar to share this beautiful space with 🥰
