The bldg has balcony where you can hear and see the ocean.. its 1 small streets from the surfing beach. The tram stop next to the bldg, it goes from Broadbeach , Australia fair, Helen’s Vale, walking distance to Woolies and Coles , medical centre, chemist. We are peaceful no swearing. We expect people to be clean cooperative. Bedroom A has door opening to balcony. Theres a bbq area , carden, library, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball area downstairs, extremely convenient location.
We all share the kitchen dinning, lwith TV and dinning. Fridge and washing and drying machine.

I like walking along the beach which is about 3 minutes walk from the bldg.
