My room will be available from 20 August in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, and I’m looking for someone lovely to take over the lease. The room has its own private ensuite, and the apartment comes with access to a gym and pools which is such a nice bonus.

The location is super convenient — really close to Woolworths, the university, and GCUH, with everything you need nearby.

You’d be living with my good friend and current housemate who is from Brazil. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and easiest people to live with — very clean, respectful, tidy, and always considerate of shared spaces. It’s been a really comfortable and peaceful home to live in.
