Third bedroom available in Smith Collective Townhouse. 5 minute walk to GCUH tram stop and uni. Woolies and everything you need close by.
Garage is yours if you have a car.
Bedroom is unfurnished with reverse cycle air-conditioning and build in wardrobe. Your bathroom is on ground level, completely your own as the home has three bathrooms.
House is fully furnished will just need your own furniture.
Bond is $1260 plus two weeks rent. First month of internet free then $25 a month unlimited. Electricity is about $200 a month split between three people.
Move in as soon as you’re approved on the lease.
One of us is always home given our rosters so message to check out the room and we should be able to accomodate pretty easily.

There’s Charles, 30M, that works full time at Adidas Tuesday-Saturday. Enjoys working out in my free time. Keep to myself mostly but down to chat about my interests. I also have a 7 year old lil ginger cat. She's harmless and just follows me around the house and chills next to me when she can.
We are at max. pets for the lease with two cats. Must be a cat lover.
