- Open-plan living and dining space with reverse cycle air conditioning and fan.

- New kitchen with induction cooktop and dishwasher.

- Garage and off-street car parking.

- Paved courtyard area with awning.

- Small garden that you may use to plant your own stuff.

Other details:

The townhouse is capable of hosting a small to medium sized dog, as well as other animals. But unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats.

The bedroom is also up a flight of stairs.
