AVAILABLE FROM 23RD DECEMBER. We have a lovely large, modern, clean and quiet home with fully furnished room available for rent. Respectful of everyone's privacy, bring your bags and move in, all is provided. In the heart of Southport, close to shops and public transport.
The home is airconditioned throughout, WIFI, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, washing machine and dryer.
We are a professional working couple and occupy the master room. We are respectful of one's privacy and you have full use of the dining area and lounge areas, or if you want, you're own privacy, you have your own smart TV with Netflix and other apps available to use. We live a healthy lifestyle and generally go to bed around 9ish and up early. You're welcome to bring friends over, but we are not a party home.
