About the occupants
I travel overseas a couple times a year, spending on average 2-3 months each time. If you are the right couple, you will have the unit to yourselves practically half the year.

When in town I run a tiny little chapel( wedding venue) across the road on The Broadwater Parklands & spent time cooking for others a couple times a week.
