A quiet, calm, respectful home. A simple spacious property with an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining, an amazing vegetable garden, citrus garden and grassed area. There is some room for storage for bikes, surf boards etc.
Double bedroom, shared bathroom. You will be sharing with one other in a cottage in a lovely area of Southport.
There is an amazing 150m2 vegetable garden that will be maintained by me and the owner, who retains harvesting rights along with the house occupants ie us (saving $s at the grocery store).
With a park, cafe, convenience store and restaurant down it's also less than 5 minutes to Ferry Road Markets.

Bills and expenses
Additional bills: electricity, gas and water split between the two housemates
Rent includes: 5G internet, lawn maintenance and a monthly cleaner (general cleaning maintained by housemates)
Electricity: green power estimated at approximately $300-350/quarter
Gas: cook top only, costs will be low dependent on how much we cook
Water: dependent on eco water usage. Where possible washers and taps have been changed to limit water wastage
