House is in a very quiet neighbourhood and excellent location. Minutes Drive to major shopping centre and all other amenities including public transport etc.
Only 3 minutes walk to the nearest Bus stop and the bus will take you to Bond University, Robina train station, Robina town shopping centre, Broadbeach, surfers paradise and many other places. 6 Minutes drive to the Bond University.
Plenty of off street parking.
Female tenants only.
NO DRUGS , NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING ,NO OVERNIGHT STAYS FOR VISITORS and NO BOYS are allowed in the house.
House will suite FEMALE STUDENTS and Working professionals.
Room furniture arrangement is flexible and can be arranged as desired.
