🛏 **Room:** Bright, blinds and fly screen, unfurnished (make it your own!), built-in wardrobe, carpets, ceiling fan.
🏠 **Home:** 3bedroom, spacious, clean, fully equipped shared kitchen, dining and 'laundry' + all appliances, fast WiFi, reverse cycle airconditioning, shared bathroom + separate toilet. House share, more than just a room - extra access to other rooms [currently used as computer room and lounge room]. On street parking always available. Yard and alfresco area out the back, mini Webber BBQ, table and chairs.
💰 **Rent:** $[415] per week (subject to rent increase), all bills included. Negotiable bond. Ideally long-term, 6 months minimum but can be negotiable.
📅 **Available from:** [Mid July]
👥 **You’ll be living with:** [One Female tenant & a border collie 🐶] - Tidy, pretty quiet and laid back person, primarily keep to themself, but don't mind the odd housemate hangout, share a meal and chat. Working part-time + on call, shift work hours however try to be as respectful as possible with noise at odd hours. 😇
