About the occupants
Hi. We are John, Kristie and our 16 year old daughter Georgia. Georgia is a full time high school student, who is involved in Performing Arts. She works part time at our local Bowls Club is working towards getting her 'P's' licence. She will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with you. She is mostly busy and not home much on the weekends and independently travels to and from school all week.
John and I both work full time Mon-Fri. John works for a civil engineering company and works long hours from early in the morning to early evening most days. I am a chef, and currently working as a teacher. We are very busy during the week and so are quiet and generally make dinner, watch some tv and go to bed early during the week. We try to get out and enjoy the local environment, go jet skiing or do jobs around the house on weekend. We love to travel.

We're looking for a friendly, considerate, tidy and easy going person. There is 2 zones in the house - upstairs and downstairs. We will share the kitchen for our own cooking requirements and only ask that you clean up after ourself. If we share meals its a team effort. The remainder of upstairs is our bedroom and bathroom and main living area.
You have your own space downstairs with your own living area so you're free to watch what you like or just relax on the sofa to read or keep up with your hobbies. You will be sharing a bathroom with a 16 year old girl so the cleaning of this area will be a shared responsibility with her.
