Beach life!!! 2 bed, 1 bath, separate toilet, 63sqm unit in Palm Beach. Room has a double bed, private balcony, built in cupboards w drawers and ceiling fan. Clean, mostly renovated unit, all new furniture in the last 2 years. Quiet, respectful block, internet and electricity included. Sharing w myself, professional and tidy person. Definitely not a party house or party block - myself and the neighbours are very respectful and quiet- I will share a wine and a chat when the times right. No couples or pets please- it’s just not the right place for it.
Located on the third storey with two flights of stairs to walk up to gain access- street parking. Beach is just across the road and storage available in the basement for bikes and boards etc .
