I’m looking for someone with secure employment to share my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom rented home in Oxenford.
The weekly rent for the whole house is $720 per week so will be shared equally along with bills.
The current lease is until May 31st 2025. The real estate would need to approve your application and then you would be on the lease as an approved tenant.
Bills, gardening and housework will be shared.
The house has solar panels (no battery so best to do most washing etc during the day), gas hot water and Origin NBN Broadband.
Rooms can be furnished if needed. I have a washer & dryer, two fridges and Weber Baby Q.
There are two rooms available. I’m preferably looking to share with 1 person so would suit someone wanting a spare room for study etc but (in this economy!!) I am open to sharing with 2 people - prices can be discussed further.
Public transport is not easily accessible so would need own vehicle. There is one spare car space in the garage and street parking available.

I’m 43 (which is a shock to me every single time I remember). I have a really full on job so I need my home to be calm and cannot have someone who is loose with the law. I don’t drink or smoke - this is not a party house. I like to watch tv (obsessed with RuPaul’s Drag Race and true crime), crafting and I’m learning Japanese which is adorable but so hard!

Description of pets
Rory is a 13 year old Pomeranian. She has some health issues but generally quite spritely for her age. She isn’t great with other pets so looking for someone without fur babies - I’m really sorry I wish she was nicer. She recently tolerated a 14 year old Jack Russell Pug cross and I was so proud of her! 😅
