This is a large, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2 living area house with a relaxed and stress-free environment, in a beautiful, quiet street.

Your room comes with a 32” Smart TV. Queen bed (linen if required), with plenty of storage, ceiling fan, and privacy. I use my ensuite, so the main bathroom is predominantly yours (has a bathtub also). Laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The rent includes Power, high-speed internet (the fastest residential plan Telstra offers). A house cleaner once a fortnight is also included!!

Modern kitchen with plenty of appliances, 2nd fridge, and plenty of room in the walk-in pantry.

There is a separate lounge with a 65” Smart TV that is for your use.

You will also receive a Stan and Netflix profile for use in the house.

I have an executive Costco card for bulk shopping.

There is a nice covered patio for sitting in the sun and having your morning coffee or tea, etc., and plenty of private backyard/grass space if that is your thing!

Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the house for safety.

Fully fenced and private back yard area, with a great view from the patio.
