Hi my name is Penny. I am a single mum. I am looking at renting out the main room in my house in Molendinar to a female preferably. I have two kids one girl aged 2 and a boy aged 6. The bathroom, kitchen and lounge room will be shared. Your room has a built in wardrobe with a ceiling fan. It will be unfurnished at the moment after the start of July 2025. Looking for $350 a week for the room plus contributing to the electricity, water & Internet. No pets on property. Will need to pay 2 weeks rent as a bond. Which will be returned when you leave.
