Hey guys, my housemates and I have got a room for rent in our place in Molendinar. The room is unfurnished, although a bed frame and mattress can be supplied if need be. Rent is $235 per week (bills inclusive) and bond will be $900, to be paid alongside your first week's rent. The room has a built in wardrobe and kitchen gear and gadgets are open to use by all! You'll get pantry, fridge and freezer space to use as you please too.
