One street back from the beach. 500m from Miami hill.
3 bedroom home, shared bathroom.
We’re Caitlin and Ryan, and we’re looking for someone to join our home and become part of the household — not just someone who happens to live under the same roof.
Our home is quiet, relaxed and social. We love having a chat and sharing a meal, but we’re also respectful of everyone having their own space and downtime. We’re big believers in open communication, being considerate of each other and creating a home where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
The house is colourful, creative and full of personality — definitely more lived-in and loved than minimalist showroom! We like keeping the house clean and tidy, while still making it feel warm and homely.
We also enjoy little household rituals, like having a shared family-style dinner once a week, watching a movie together or occasionally having a drink and a catch-up. Nothing forced or overly structured — just a nice balance of doing our own thing and enjoying each other’s company.
