Large 4 bedroom house (and self-contained flat) in Mermaid Waters situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a park. Large fenced backyard occupied by small, very friendly dog named Barney. Living area with aircon/heating, kitchen, and dining space. Separate laundry room also and outside clothes line.

1 room currently available, bedroom that can be furnished or unfurnished. Sharing the kitchen/common areas with 3 others, however only sharing bathroom with 2 others.
Other housemates are Arron (24) works in health, Dom (23) works night shifts in retail, and Guidi (24) who is Brazilian and a mechanic.

3km to Pacific Fair (tram stop) or Nobby's beach. Approx 10mins on a bus gets you to Bond Uni, Robina Town Centre, or Pacific Fair and tram access.
Bus stop at end of the street.
Q super Centre also around the corner.
Park with lake (swimming permitted) next door.

About the occupants
Professional, hardworking guys with busy lifestyles. Ash (27) works in mental health and Dave (26) works in hospitality (live in self contained flat).
Arron (23) and Dom (22) share the main house and are looking for some extra housemates.

Not massive party goers however happy to enjoy a beer/pizza and game of table tennis occasionally.

Everyone is openminded and don't take ourselves too seriously. We enjoy a laugh/ stand-up comedy and have diverse groups of friends who may visit occasionally.
